Fuel Tank Monitoring Questions

Q: What is the mechanism for transmitting data from EnerTrac monitors?

EnerTrac monitors transmit multiple times a day using EnerTrac’s LoRa network to centralized gateways. The gateways rely on LoRa protocols to transmit monitoring data back to EnerTrac. This serves to drive down the costs of the monitoring solution.

Q: How do I see my monitored data?

EnerTrac integrates with your back office software. This means you will be looking at the same screens as you do now. The EnerTrac data will be submitted to your vendors’ software programs. There is no additional hardware or software to install.

Q: What types of fuels will EnerTrac work on?

All refined petroleum products including; heating oil, propane, kerosene, diesel, bio-diesel, heavy oils and aviation fuels.

Q: Can I install in any size tank?

EnerTrac monitors can be installed on tanks ranging from 50 gallons to 200,000 gallons. The monitors also work with underground tanks.

Q: How do I install the Propane monitors?
